Order Activity

The design behind this report is to give you insight into every order Submitted, Received, Reconciled/Closed, and Exported to Accounting within a given time frame. This report works in conjunction with the dashboard widget labeled Order Activity.

We are attempting to help you understand both from the visual dashboard display to the data in the report the flow of your purchasing process to confirm each step in the process is happening in a timely manner.

Customize Options

Once you access the report there is a default of displaying all of your Orders but you can customize/refine your filter to a specific order by:

Filter options:

Date Range
Select from drop-down filters to limit results
Once you have utilized filter options click Build Report
Download options include PDF or Excel.
