Order History

Order History

All of your companies past orders can be found here, viewed, and you can 'Re-Order' products from this page.
  1.  All Orders are in the most recent orders at the top. Orders are listed by Submit Date, most recent at the top.

Search Options

You can filter the order by several choices: There are various ways to Search or Filter through your Order History:
  1. Search by:
    1. Order Number
    2. Order Name
    3. Invoice Number (if it exists or has been entered within the Order)
  2. Filter by:
    1. Practice
    2. Vendor
    3. Order Date Range
Each Order will have the following displayed:
  1. The name of the Order
  2. Who Submitted the Order
  3. When the Order was Last Modified
  4. Special Orders will have a Red label, in the top right of each order, i.e. Resale or Recurring
  5. How many lines (products) were on the Order
  6. The Order Method
  7. If the Order is sent via email the email address the Order was sent to will be displayed here
The status of the Order will appear on the right side of the Order

Go to Order

Click the Go to Order button to jump to that Order to review or manage the Order.
  1. Keep in mind some Order Statuses do not allow for the Go to Order option, these include:
    1. Scheduled - Recurring Orders
    2. Ready for Export 

ReOrder

If you want to ReOrder any products from a past Order:
    1. Click the ReOrder button found in the bottom right of the Order to access the old Order.
    2. From here you will be able to see each product along with the Qty. you last ordered.
    3. Edit the Qty. field and click Add for any products you need to ReOrder.
      1. Notice that the Current “Open Cart” you are working on will be showing in the top right of the application
      2. Or if there is no Cart showing a New Cart will be created when you Add the first product, just like it does from the My Catalog/Shop Now page.
