Products Requiring Order Approval Report

Clixon offers you the ability to set products as Requires Approval to Order. If set to true then, every time that product is placed in a cart it will require approval before it will move from a cart to an order.
  1. An approval notification email will be sent to users who can Approve Order Products.
  2. From your dashboard in the Priority Widget will display Products Requiring Approval.
    1. Products Requiring Approval must be reviewed and approved prior to the products getting moved from a cart to an order.
    2. Products Requiring Approval not approved: If a cart is converted to orders then, products pending approval will simply get moved to a new cart and remain pending approval until a decision is made.
This Product Requiring Order Approval Report offers you a summary of all products requested 

Customize Options

Once you access the report there is a default of displaying all of your Products Requiring Order Approval but you can customize/refine your filter to a specific order by:

Filter options:
  1. Corporate Level users will see Product Approval Requests for all locations within the corporate group by default.
    1. Practice Level users will see Product Approval Requests from your specific practice.
  2. Date Range
  3. Select from drop-down filters to limit results
  4. Once you have utilized filter options click Build Report
  5. Download options include PDF or Excel.
