How to Attach Files to an Order

Files can be attached to any Order in Clixon, and will stay there even after an order has been Closed.

Here is how you Attach Files to an Order In Clixon:
  1. Start by locating the order you intend to Attach a File to.
    1. You can do this by going to the following pages from your left menu:
      1. Order History
      2. Outstanding Orders
      3. Closed Orders
  2. Once you locate the Order - click on the Order to open/view it.
  3. Now look up in the right portion of the order screen and choose the Attachments tab.
  4. On the Attachements page Click the blue Attach Files button found on the right of the page.
  5. Drag and drop a File in the window that appears OR click in the box to search your computer for the file and then select it.
  6. A check mark will appear next to the file in the window if it uploads properly.
  7. You can keep adding files if you need to attach multiple.
  8. Click the green Close button when done.
It does not matter what status the order is in - Not Submitted, Pending Receipt, Reconcile/Close, or Closed.  You can Attach Files to an order no matter what order Status it is in.
