Patterson Dental Supply - Getting Connected or Updating Connection

Connecting or Updating your connection to Patterson Dental Supply:

If you do not know your Patterson website User Name or Password please contact your manager or Clixon before proceeding.
  1. Sign into Clixon and Go to My Catalog.
    1. If you are new to Clixon then look for any Patterson product on the page and on the right side of the product display you should see a blue link that says Get Connected, click this link.
    2. If you have already connected to Patterson, but their 60 day Token has expired we will prompt you with a pop up message to Update your Connection, and we will automatically open a new window for the Patterson sign in page.
  2. At this point the Patterson website login page will be open….simply enter your User Name and Password and click Sign In.
  3. The window will refresh and display your offices Patterson Account # along with your Office Ship-To Address.
  4. If everything looks correct, simply click the Save button.
Make sure to review the Account # and Ship-To Address you see after clicking Sign In.  If it does not match your office, DO NOT click SAVE - please just close the window and try again....if you cannot get it to show your offices information contact management or Clixon for assistance.

Again, if the Acc# and Ship-To Address look good and you clicked Save you will now have:
    1. Live Pricing and product Availability for all Patterson products.
    2. The Order Method for Patterson will change to 'Online', meaning when you Place Orders from Clixon it will be sent directly to their system.
Due to security measures each office will need to ReFresh or Update their Patterson Connection every 60 days.  Clixon will notify you with a pop up message 1 time when you access the My Catalog page.  It will do this each time you sign in to Clixon, but only once.  If you do not wish to Update the connection, simply close the page that opens or click back on My Catalog and continue Ordering.

If a Multi-Office Access User needs to Connect or Update multiple office Connections, they MUST do the following:

Due to additional Patterson security measures, each Clixon User can only Connect or Update 1 office, UNLESS they use a Google Chrome 'Incognito' browser window.

  2. Click on this 3 vertical Dot icon and a drop down window will appear - look for New Incognito Window and click on it.
  3. This will open a new Browser Window - it should have sort of a black color theme.
