Adding orders to Clixon, which were placed outside of the application
This article will quickly explain how to enter an Order to Clixon, that was placed outside of the application. There are many reasons this will happen, but your end goal is to have the Order history in Clixon. This is very easy to do, it doesn't vary much from the normal process of creating any other order, let's get started!
Adding an Order to Clixon that was placed outside of the application:
- Start off by going to My Catalog or Shop Now.
- The only difference is that you will only add products from the Vendor Invoice you have in front of you.
- Add the products from the Order or Vendor Invoice, to the Cart.
- If any products you need to order do not exist in Clixon, send us the information and we will add them (See Below for details).
- Once all products are in the Cart, go to the Cart and click Create Orders.
- Before you click the Order Products button, make sure you change the Order Method to Phone or Website.
- If do not do this you might actually SEND or Re-Order the products, because the Vendors' default Order Method might be set as Email or Online (integrated vendors).
- After you Place the Order via Phone or Website, you can Receive the order and Reconcile / Close or Export when you are ready.
Adding new Products to your Catalog
If you did need to Add any new Products to your Clixon Catalog, we are happy to do that for you, we just need the following information:
- Vendor name
- Vendor SKU (product/item #)
- Price - the price you pay or paid
- Description - each product description is good to have as well but not required.
