Each company or corporate group may have as many Users as needed. You can manage all Users from the Corporate level, or just the Users at a Company level by switching to a specific Company (office).

Note - You should to select a User Role when creating or editing Users, as these are a great way to establish the necessary Permissions for a New or Existing User based on their duties within the company.
To locate the Users list go to:
Setup Information > Company > Users
Users
The Users page will list every user within the Corporate group or the Company, depending on where you are in the application.
From the Users page each User will be listed.
- By clicking on one you will see a quick view of their Permission or Notification settings in the right panel.
Clicking on the Edit link will open the Edit User page.
- From this page you can review the User profile, settings, and make any edits or changes necessary.

Practice Access
- It is best to manage the Company or Practice Access for a User form the Corporate level.
- From the Practice Access page:
- Begin by clicking the drop down menu under Available Access.
- Select (or unselect) the Practices (companies) the User should have Access to.
- Click the Save button when done.
- All Practices (companies) a user has Access to will show on the right of the page under Assigned Access.
Audit
- The Audit page is simply a history of any edits or updated that have ever been done to the User profile.
- Each action or field edit will be listed along with the Date, Time, and User who made the change.
User - Creation
There are 2 ways to create a New User - if you have permission to do so.
- The first is to choose the + Create New button, found on the Users page.
- The second is to click on the Quick Add icon in the top menu +, and then choose Create New User form the list.
Once you choose one of the two options the Create User page will open:
- From here enter the First and Last Name, Email Address (this will be their User Name), and choose the Role.
- The Role is the best way to quickly and easily establish the base Permissions for a new User.
- The User Role can be changed at anytime later on, or the User Permissions and Notification settings can always be adjusted later as well.
- Click the Save button when done.
An email will be sent to the Email Address you entered inviting the recipient to create a password to sign in and access their Clixon account.
Inactive Users
- Inactive Users can no longer sign in to Clixon and therefor will not longer be able to access their Clixon account.
- Inactive Users will remain in the Users page with an INACTIVE stamp across their profile on the Users page.
- If you want to completely Remove them from the Users list you will need to go into their Practice Access page and Remove all of their Assigned Access.
- If you attempt to Re-Create the User at a later time using the same Email Address, the original User profile will be Re-Activated.
