Quantity Evaluation Report

This report will allow you to identify products purchased less than a desired volume. Many businesses strive to identify products that have been purchased at a low rate as those products don't typically qualify with volume discounts like other products. This is a great way to identify those one-off products purchased in place of your day-to-day pre-approved Formulary products.

Customize Options

Once you access the report there is a default of displaying all of your spend by Product but you can customize/refine your filter to a specific order by:

Filter options:
  1. If you are at a Corporate Level then you will be able to see the report for all practice locations within the corporation by default.
    1. If you are at a Practice Level then the default display is all data from your specific practice.
  2. Date Range
  3. Search field utilizing SKU, Desc., etc.
  4. Select from drop-down filters to limit results
  5. Once you have utilized filter options click Build Report
  6. Download options include PDF or Excel.
