If you are issuing products from stock and managing inventory levels this becomes a very powerful report. Understanding who requested or Issued Products, the quantity, the value, the date, and where in your business products are being used is critical when measuring your revenue vs spend by employee and or department. Products Requested/Issued then returned to stock are considered in this report. Products where you are Tracking lot numbers, serial numbers, and or expiration dates along with case assignments are also considered. Search options allow for any available fields. 

Customize Options

Once you access the report there is a default of displaying all of your Issued Products but you can customize/refine your filter to a specific order by:

Filter options:
  1. If you are at a Corporate Level then you will be able to see the report for all practice locations within the corporation by default.
    1. If you are at a Practice Level then the default display is all data from your specific practice.
  2. Date Range
  3. Select from drop-down filters to limit results
  4. Once you have utilized filter options click Build Report
  5. Download options include PDF or Excel.
