Payment Terms

Payment Terms

Payment Terms are created and then set/assigned on the Vendor profile, and they are displayed on the Order PDF, which is sent to the Vendor if you use our "Email" Order Method.  This allows the Vendor to see how you would like to be Invoiced or how you have agreed to be invoiced.  If nothing else this is recorded on the Vendor profile as a reference point so that you know what the Terms should be.  You still may need to communicate with your vendors to verify how they plan to Invoice your business.  You can add additional Payment Terms to our default list as well, and then go to your Vendors list and assign them to each Vendor where needed.

To locate the Payment Terms page go to:  Setup Information > Vendors > Payment Terms
