Notifications

User Notifications are emails and internal notifications that keep you informed about the tasks or points of interest you have within Clixon.  These will range from being notified that there are Carts to Approve, or that there are Materials that need to be Issued from Stock.

To locate the user Notifications page go to:  Setup Information > Company > Users > select a User Edit link > Notifications tab

Notifications

User Notifications are managed from the Edit User page Notifications tab.
Notifications are automatically set based on the Users Permissions, but they can be turned on or off anytime.

Cart Approvals

  1. As Requested  (set by default if user can approve carts)
    1. Email notification is sent right after another User Requests Approval for a Cart (order).
    2. Email notification is sent to any User who can Approve Carts.
  2. Daily Reminder  (set by default if user can approve carts)
    1. Email notification sent out each morning if any Carts remain in the Pending Approval status.
    2. Sent to any user who can Approve Carts.
  3. Confirmation of Approved Carts  (set by default if users carts require approval)
    1. Email notification sent to the user who Requested Approval when the Cart is either Approved or Denied.

New Product Approvals

  1. As Requested - set by default if user can approve new products
    1. Email notification sent right after a user Requests Approval for a New Product.
    2. Notification is sent to any user who can Approve New Product Requests.
  2. Daily Reminder - set by default if user can approve new products
    1. Email notification sent out each morning if any Carts remain in the Pending Approval status.
    2. Sent to any user who can Approve New Product Requests.
  3. Confirmation of New Product Request - set by default if user must request approval for new products
    1. Email notification sent to the user who Requested Approval when the New Products Request is either Approved or Denied.

Products Requiring Approval

  1. As Requested- set by default if user can approve new products
    1. Email notification sent right after a user Requests Approval for a New Product.
    2. Notification is sent to any user who can Approve New Product Requests.

Orders

  1. Copy of Submitted Orders - set by default if user can submit orders
    1. A copy of the Submitted Order is sent to the User who "Submits" the Order.
  2. Orders not Submitted - set by default for any users who can submit orders
    1. Email Notification sent out each morning if any Orders remain in the Pending Submission status.
    2. Sent to any user who can Submit Orders.

Inventory Control

  1. Materials to Issue from Stock - set by default if user can Issue Products from Stock
    1. Email notification sent out 3 times per day 8am, 12pm (noon), and 4pm - based on users Time Zone.

Month-to-Date Spend

  1. This is an email showing where the company is at with spending up to that point in the current month.
