Inventory Count Audit Report

This report is designed to give you insight into inventory counts by a selected date range. This report will list the beginning balance, count value, and count balance, with an OnHand inventory value. The additional value in this report is understanding who is making inventory adjustments, when, and how often to correct inventory levels. If you are managing inventory levels through Issuing Products from Stock you should expect to see counts throughout the beginning stages of the process. As your team gets more familiar and is in the flow of checking out inventory as it is being used you should see the need for counts to decrease.

Customize Options

Once you access the report there is a default of displaying all of your Inventory Count Audit but you can customize/refine your filter to a specific order by:

Filter options:
  1. Date Range
  2. Search field utilizing SKU, Desc., etc.
  3. Select from drop-down filters to limit results
  4. Once you have utilized filter options click Build Report
  5. Download options include PDF or Excel.
